Potteries and portfolios! Wednesday 9.11.2022

''Made by me'' was todays theme. We went to a Ta' Qali Crafts village on Attard. It's located on The former RAF wartime air-field and is very popular among tourist because of the souveniers.

There we went to a Place called Bristow Potteries. There was absolutely beautiful potteries, glass art, ceramics. They had prepared us a class of making our own pottery, guided by superfriendly artist named Adrian! He showed and explaned us what to do and after class our potteries went to oven. Our always cheerful guide Sue delivers them to us later when their finished.
There is a link on his website on The right side of the frontpage. Remember to check on IG and Facebook!

After potteryclass we had some freetime and next to the Bristow was Francis Jewellry gold & silver shop. Where gentlemen Francis makes everything by himself.
His shop has opened on 1974 and makes them traditionally crafted filigree Works. They Respect the ancient and traditional and artisti methods of execution, to attain such unique creations. Amazing how someone can do so small and detailed jewellries and makes it Look easy! Of course we ladies had to bought some memories from there. ☺️☺️
Remember to follow him on Facebook!

Thank u both of great service and experience!
Hope you both sunny days! ❤️

Then teachers gave us an assaingment to do powerpoint portfolio of ourselves. There we needed to tell what kind employee we would be and what are our strenghts and weakness ad what could we bring for the company. H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E I say!
