Goog mooorning sunshines!!!! Today we got to sleep a little longer which was good thing considering yesterdays long walk.
Galean and Mario picked us and we left to a place called Ta' Gingel Farm. There we were welcomed by Sue and lovely gentlemen called Mark. We started with a greeting brunch of fresh baked bread with tomatosauce and 3 different aged sheepcheese and at the same time he shared us his story starting from the start when hes father started. He also told us a little detail of the dark times when they had the only Maltise cow of the island. After brunch, Mark presented us his little sheepfarm where he makes cheese emmidiately after milking. So it's definitely fresh! We also got to try milking sheeps with Mark. When others were milking, others were petting sheeps and really cute dogs that he had.
After milking his college started to process fresh milk to a cheese. At the same time Mark explaned us very detailed presentation how it's done. Then we got to taste that fresh milk what again splitted opinions.
Absolutely fantastic horse what we ladies loved! We were so sad that we had so little time to be there.
THANK U MARK!!!❤️
Later at The evening we went to eat to a restaurant on Valletta, Nenu The Artisan Baker which Sue recommened us. We decided to orderd different kind of dishes so we could taste a little bit of everything!
