COFFEE AND PARKOUR!
5 MORE MINUTES...Pleaaaase? Was the first thought when alarmclock rang. About 30 hours of being awake really hitted this morning and understanting that we really are here!
After morning instant coffees and breakfeast was time to daily activities provided by Easy Job Brigde who is our host here. We went to a town called Iz- Zebbiegh. It was also nice to see a smaller place than where we are staying. Almost everyone who crossed our path greeted nicely and were curious who we are and what we're doing here.
We went to see Deandra from Coffee & Strangers company. Deandra is an specialist of brewing coffee and evaluating coffees qualities. She kept us a little lesson about coffees farming and what all outside effects does to it taste and look. There is specific criterions to top quality coffees which must not go under a definited line or they lose their ranking.
She made us activity and we got to validate some coffees based on taste and smell, then we compared her points to ours. There is strict methods for validating system and she kindly explained them to us. She answered to all our stupid questions and we had so much fun! We highly recommend her service!

Other activity for us was Parkour. Our teacher or ''Master Rabbit'' like we nicknamed him was Isaac Camilleri Liberto. He is the owner of Rush Parkour Malta company, which actually was the First Parkour Company in Malta! Points to him!
